To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used supplements, food and beverage products, cosmetics, skincare products, and personal-care products are not eligible for return, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order information and, when applicable, photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Return Approval

Please contact Enchanted Health Remedies before sending a return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Approved returns must be shipped according to the return instructions provided to you.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Enchanted Health Remedies. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used consumable, supplement, cosmetic, skincare, personal-care, or hygiene products cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. Gift cards, if offered, are also non-returnable.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
